We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen operational Service Management for the ZF IT Workplace, Infrastructure & Operations organization (WIO).
Your tasks
- Implementation of cross-functional procedures to enable operational end-to-end service management
- Provision of consultancy and support concerning operational management of WIO services
- Own service performance reporting for different stakeholders
- Driving continuous development and improvement of the WIO service portfolio
- Contribution to special projects with focus on service performance, customer satisfaction, executive reporting and other
Your profile
- Degree in business informatics, business economics or similar
- 3+ years of professional experience in IT service management and/or IT related processes
- Good English (to successfully communicate in an international work environment)
- Knowledge of ITIL (certificate as an advantage)
- Experience in project management and an international environment
- Analytical and conceptual skills, experienced in facilitate business analysis, strong presentation skills
