Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our multidisciplinary team, working on digital experiences for a global CPG brand used by millions of consumers worldwide. This is an ideal role for a mid-senior designer who combines strong visual craft, user experience thinking, hands-on execution, and who enjoys collaborating closely with a Product & Design Lead to bring ideas to life. You’ll act as the right-hand to the team lead - helping drive creative work, develop and refine UX solutions, and execute UI and visual design, ensuring quality across every release.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of UI design and execution, ensuring every screen and interaction feels polished, consistent, and on-brand.

• Collaborate closely with the Design Team Lead on new product features - from early concepting and research to detailed design and delivery.

• Contribute to UX research and design activities, including mapping user flows, creating wireframes, and validating ideas through prototypes and user feedback.

• Work with Product, R&D, QA, and Data teams to understand requirements, constraints, and performance metrics, ensuring designs align with user and business goals and are implemented accordingly.

• Guide and support mid-level designers, helping them elevate their design quality, processes, and attention to detail.

• Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring scalability and visual consistency across platforms and markets.

• Present design work and rationale clearly to internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.

• Stay current on design trends, mobile patterns, and interaction best practices – especially in consumer apps, e-commerce, and loyalty.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably within a studio, agency, or large product company.

• Strong UI design skills and a clear sense of hierarchy, typography, layout, and motion.

• Solid understanding of UX thinking - you can frame problems, map flows, and make user-driven design decisions, even if UX isn’t your main focus.

• Experience contributing to or managing design systems and scalable components libraries.

• Ability to balance creativity with structure - working independently while keeping alignment with broader product and business goals.

• Expert in Figma and modern collaboration and prototyping tools.

• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with international, cross-functional teams.

• Experience in loyalty, e-commerce, gamification, or consumer-facing apps is a strong advantage.

• A portfolio that demonstrates attention to detail, strong visual design, and thoughtful problem-solving.
