Product Designer
Zemingo is seeking a Product Designer to join our design team, working on digital experiences for a global CPG brand used by millions of consumers around the world. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who wants to sharpen their product design skills in a collaborative, international environment. You’ll work closely with senior designers and a Product & Design Lead to help bring ideas to life - contributing to UX flows, UI layouts, and design systems that power a large-scale, global product.
Responsibilities:
Help execute the UI design, ensuring every screen and interaction feels polished, consistent, and on-brand.
Collaborate closely with the Design Team Lead on new product features - from early concepting and research to detailed design and delivery.
Contribute to UX research and design activities, including mapping user flows, creating wireframes, and validating ideas through prototypes and user feedback.
Work with Product, R&D, QA, and Data teams to understand requirements, constraints, and performance metrics, ensuring designs align with user and business goals and are implemented accordingly.
Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring scalability and visual consistency across platforms and markets.
Present design work and rationale clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
Stay current on design trends, mobile patterns, and interaction best practices – especially in consumer apps, e-commerce, and loyalty.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably within a studio, agency, or large product company.
Strong UI design skills and a clear sense of hierarchy, typography, layout, and motion.
Solid understanding of UX thinking - you can frame problems, map flows, and make user-driven design decisions.
Experience contributing to or managing design systems and scalable component libraries.
Strong knowledge of Figma and modern collaboration and prototyping tools.
Excellent communication skills and comfort working with international, cross-functional teams.
Experience in loyalty, e-commerce, gamification, or consumer-facing apps is a strong advantage.
A portfolio that demonstrates attention to detail, strong visual design, and thoughtful problem-solving.
We offer:
Focus on long-term collaboration and contract stability.
A friendly, trust-based culture within a fun and creative environment.
Hybrid work model (2 days/week in our modern Warsaw office located in Fabryka Norblina).
Career and professional development opportunities.
Chance to participate in diverse international projects.
Paid time off, including Vacation, Sick Leave, and Public Holidays observed in your country.
