Marketing Graphic Designer
We’re looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to join our design team, working closely with our growth, marketing, and content teams, contributing to the continuous improvement and scaling of our digital design assets, aiming to drive traffic and conversion.
This role combines strong visual design skills with a data-driven mindset, as well as understanding basic online marketing principles - ideal for someone who enjoys optimizing design for performance and impact while taking responsibility for the main website operations, which serve millions of users every month.
The work is done with a diverse team of professionals from around the world.

Responsibilities:
Create and optimize marketing visuals for landing pages, campaigns, and A/B tests in collaboration with the marketing growth team.
Support web design scaling tasks — adapting layouts, templates, visual assets, and modules for different campaigns and global markets.
Design and maintain scalable web assets, ensuring consistency with our brand and design system.
Translate data insights and test results into improved design solutions that drive higher conversion rates.
Work closely with Product designers, Developers, PMs, and Marketers to deliver effective and on-brand creative solutions.
Contribute to maintaining and evolving our marketing design library and templates.
Ensure that all deliverables meet high visual quality, usability, and performance standards.
Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing, CRO design, and performance-driven creative work.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in marketing or web design, preferably in a performance-oriented environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing web design, marketing campaigns, and/or conversion-focused projects.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Understanding of conversion principles, user behavior, and how design influences performance.
Ability to balance creativity with data - using insights to inform and refine visual solutions.
Experience with responsive design and optimizing assets for web and mobile.
Familiarity with A/B testing workflows and collaboration with CRO or growth teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks or iterations simultaneously.
A hands-on attitude is highly desirable.
Nice to have:
Experience with AI tools for creating or enhancing graphics (e.g., Freepik, Firefly, Runway).
Basic motion design or animation skills, especially for marketing creatives or landing page elements.
