Project Description:
Creating innovative digital products for a big global company, starting from the requirements stage, including UX/UI, development cycle, and deployment. All while assuming responsibility for the company’s main website operations, which serve millions of users regularly.
The work is done with a diverse team of professionals from around the world.
All the steps include creating and collecting data for further analysis, hypothesis and results proof.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for writing the data requirements for the dev team
Test that data events are implemented per requirements
Ongoing monitoring that events are flowing (data is being collected)
Responsible to create and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts scheduling
Helps with tracking performance
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a quantitative/related technical field.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a DataOps, Data Engineering, or advanced Digital Analytics role, specifically focused on web and behavioral data.
Web Analytics Mastery: Expert proficiency in configuring, troubleshooting, and leveraging website analytics platforms, specifically Google Analytics (GA4) and/or Adobe Analytics.
Data Querying: Advanced proficiency in SQL and other data querying/manipulation languages.
Data Visualization: Hands-on experience creating dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Web Technologies: Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and APIs for implementing, validating, and extracting web data.
Tag Management: Expert knowledge of a Tag Management System (Google Tag Manager (GTM) or Tealium) for deploying and debugging tracking codes.
Data Quality & Governance: Experience implementing data quality checks and monitoring processes to ensure data reliability (e.g., validating data schema, consistency, and completeness).
Communication: Strong ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders (both written and verbal English proficiency is required).
Mindset: Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
