We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer for whom AI is not just a trendy buzzword, but a practical tool for building advanced products. What exactly will you be doing?:

• Developing advanced AI agent systems and co-agent frameworks utilizing LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.

• Building and refining RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems designed to process complex compliance and operational documentation.

• Designing and implementing dedicated AI-first applications along with smart integrations between various systems and APIs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Python Mastery: Strong, hands-on proficiency in Python as your primary programming language.

• AI Frameworks: Commercial experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.

• LLM Integrations: Proven track record of integrating large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI).

• AI Infrastructure: Solid understanding and practical experience with Vector Databases and RAG architecture.

• Backend / API: Experience in designing, building, and integrating REST APIs.

• Delivery Ownership: High level of autonomy, proactivity, and end-to-end responsibility for the technical delivery of features.

Nice to have:

• Cloud Platform: Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Azure environment.

• Data Platforms: Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
