Kierownik działu IT

Duties:

• managing and coordinating the work of the IT team,

• developing and implementing IT strategies in line with the company's goals,

• managing key IT projects and supporting the management board in making business decisions regarding technology,

• supervision over the functioning of ERP systems, including the integrated CSB system and Symfonia ERP,

• monitoring and optimization of IT processes and ICT infrastructure,

• ensuring the security of data and IT systems, including recording and management of IT licenses,

• managing the annual IT budget,

• analysis of market trends and implementation of innovative technological solutions.

Requirements:

• higher education in a specific field,

• minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position,

• experience in team management,

• knowledge of modern technologies and IT systems,

• experience in running IT projects,

• excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills,

• flexibility to work in a dynamically changing environment,

• ability to think analytically and strategically,

• knowledge of English at an advanced level in technical and business terms,

• category B driving license,

• knowledge of the Comarch ERP Optima, Comarch ERP XL systems is welcome.
