Your responsibilities:

- Manage the team responsible for the YLEU IT central server infrastructure.
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of server issues.
- Work with team to handle ongoing maintenance e.g., service pack installations, hot fixes, software upgrades, etc
- Contribute to the technical design of new server infrastructure solutions as new business requirements demand and in cooperation with Infrastructure Architect.
- Proactively ensure the security of our server infrastructure, make recommendations to achieve this and cooperates with IT Security Team.
- Plan, implement, monitor and control projects.
Our requirements:
- Wide knowledge of IaaS and PaaS offerings on Microsoft Azure.
- Good understanding of best practices of design and implementation of Microsoft ecosystem products.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting language.
- Strong knowledge of Networking - DNS, Load Balancing, Firewalls, Routing, Web.
- Experience managing distributed teams.
- Ability to cope in a technically complex and fast-changing environment, and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation.
- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.
- Excellent English (both written and spoken).
