Salesforce Business Analyst/Consultant

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst/Consultant, who will be working onsite at the office in Warsaw.

Project: IT transformation based on Salesforce products: Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Salesforce Platform.

Additionally, integration with the mobile application.

Duties

• Analyzing and agreeing on business requirements and user stories with the client.
• Designing business process automation based on the Salesforce platform
• Designing Salesforce integration with the client's legacy systems and 3rd party platforms
• Analytical support for the client and the programming team - the shape of the solution, the use of standard functions, the extent to which you will use the "low code" approach, and where you will decide on a custom solution will depend on you.
• Configuring the solution and automating processes using Salesforce declarative tools

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Salesforce technology
• Fluent in Salesforce configuration tools
• Practical experience in implementing at least one Salesforce product (Sales, Service, Marketing, Community, Commerce Cloud or other applications on the Salesforce platform)
• Experience in implementing business processes, working with clients and development teams, and understanding key architectural concepts and the Salesforce ecosystem
