Fullstack Developer (Java, React)

We are looking for experienced Fullstack Developer who will support our client.

Duties

Develop features as part of the HR Platform:

• Develop an online tool for evaluating candidates skills offering personalized feedback.
• Implement an AI career assistant/chatbot to help candidates with CV creation, interview preparation, and real-time job application support.
• Create an AI-driven job recommendation engine that matches candidates with relevant job opportunities.
  Build a social networking feature within the platform to enable beneficiaries to interact.
•  Develop an admin interface for NGOs.
• Create a job posting feature.
•  Design a mobile app that provides access to core platform features.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Java (Spring framework) programming.
• Experience in front-end programming: React
• Experience with Mongo database.
