Full Stack Engineer (Python AI/ML & Healthcare)

We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Engineer with expertise in Python and artificial intelligence to join a dynamic team focused on healthcare innovation. The successful person in this role will contribute to the development of advanced AI agents designed to automate medical administrative processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Development of scalable full-stack applications with a strong AI component.

• Implementation of fine-tuning (PEFT) and RAG techniques in a medical setting.

• Automation of prior authorization processes and integration with hospital systems.

• Ensuring the highest standards of medical data security.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-stack development with strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Django), PyTorch, LLM, LangChain (RAG) and React (Typescript).

• Demonstrable knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks and methodologies.

• Experience in the healthcare sector: understanding the requirements of projects certified under ISO/HIPAA.

• Experience with integrations with EHR systems.

• Familiarity with database design.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
