Business Analyst with EDI

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with extensive expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), specifically in EDIFACT standards. This role involves detailed logical mapping of EDIFACT within applications and collaborating closely with SAP-integrated EDI processes to ensure accurate implementation of industry standards and data formats.

Responsibilities

• Perform logical mapping and analysis of EDIFACT messages within business applications.

• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate EDI processes with SAP systems effectively.

• Ensure compliance with EDIFACT standards and correct application of GEFEC and EANCOM guidelines.

• Create and maintain comprehensive guidelines and documentation related to EDI mapping and standards.

• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve EDI-related issues.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in EDIFACT, GEFEC, and EANCOM standards.

• Strong experience with EDI and EDIFACT mapping processes.

• Proven experience working with ERMCOM EDI formats in conjunction with SAP environments.

• Ability to develop detailed guidelines based on GEFEC standards.

• Comprehensive understanding of EDIFACT standards and their application.

• Excellent communication skills, with a preference for candidates proficient in German.
