We’re looking for a technically strong and business-savvy Analytics Engineer to become part of our Data Analytics team. This role focuses on developing and supporting internal data tools and platforms while collaborating across multiple departments including IT, Marketing, Sales, and Product.
You'll take a hands-on approach to building data products, coordinating with internal partners, and ensuring data pipelines and dashboards meet both business needs and technical standards.
- Hands-on work in Databricks, building solutions aligned with our modular data architecture
- Creating database-driven products using SQL and Python, with GIT versioning
- Overseeing workflow orchestration across various data systems
- Maintaining robust logging processes, handling Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD), and managing snapshots
- Encouraging consistent and clean coding practices across the team
- Taking full ownership of assigned projects and priorities
- Leading and delivering data-related roadmaps in alignment with business objectives
- Deeply engaging with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Managing end-to-end analytics initiatives, involving coordination with teams such as IT, Security, and Quality
- Designing and implementing new internal-facing data products
- Maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation
- Keeping stakeholders informed on progress and blockers
- Troubleshooting bottlenecks and process inefficiencies with the D&A team
- Supporting knowledge sharing and mentoring junior team members
- Making minor updates and fixes to existing Tableau dashboards
- Designing lightweight dashboards for operational teams
- Improving performance of existing data models powering Tableau
- At least 5 years of experience with SQL development, data architecture, ETL processes, or data migration
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to extract insights from complex datasets
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Nice-to-have: experience with Tableau data prep/devops tasks
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM)
- Bonus: project leadership or coordination experience
