Salesforce Developer (Integrations & Automation)
Our client is looking for a heavy-hitter Salesforce Developer who prefers writing Apex and complex integrations over standard point-and-click administration.
Most companies hire Salesforce admins to click through settings and build basic flows. Our client is hiring an Engineer to treat their Salesforce instance as a high-performance Product and the central hub of their operations. You will join a fast-scaling American Healthcare IoT startup to architect, code, and automate the "Lead-to-Cash" engine that powers their revenue.
If you are a Salesforce Developer tired of maintaining legacy orgs, who wants to build complex business logic, custom integrations, and scalable architecture from the ground up – this role is for you.
What You Will Actually Build:
You won't just be "handling support tickets". You will be the technical architect of the client's core revenue stack.
Custom Salesforce Development: Write clean, production-grade Apex (classes, triggers, batch processing) and build modern LWC components to handle logic that out-of-the-box Salesforce cannot.
Complex API Integrations: Build, maintain, and debug API connections (REST/webhooks) between Salesforce and external systems (HubSpot, Gong, 6sense, and the client's proprietary IoT platform).
Scalable Architecture: Design the schema and data flow. Ensure Salesforce acts as the true "Single Source of Truth" without hitting governor limits.
Automation Engineering: Implement advanced workflows using Salesforce automation tools combined with external iPaaS solutions (like Workato or Zapier) for high-volume data processing.
Tech Stack:
The team values strict engineering discipline and clean code within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Core Logic: Apex, SOQL, LWC (Lightning Web Components)
Communication & Integrations: REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, JSON
Platforms: Salesforce Sales Cloud (Primary), HubSpot
Automation/iPaaS: Workato / Make / Zapier
Tools: Git, Postman, SFDX / Salesforce CLI
Who You Are:
An Engineer at Heart: You have 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. You understand Salesforce architecture and governor limits inside out.
Code First: You know when to use Flow, but your real strength is writing well-tested Apex and custom integrations.
API Native: You know how to consume complex external APIs, handle pagination, authentication, and error handling gracefully within Salesforce.
Business Savvy: You understand that clean code must support business goals. You can translate "Sales needs X" into a robust technical solution.
English Speaker: C1/C2 is mandatory. You will debate solutions directly with US stakeholders and engineering teams.
Why Apply?
Greenfield Influence: You aren't just fixing technical debt. You decide how the Salesforce architecture is built to scale.
Impact: Your code directly impacts the speed and revenue of a growing Healthcare Unicorn.
Modern Approach: The client uses modern CI/CD for Salesforce and values best engineering practices.
Culture: Flat structure, US startup vibe, flexible hours, and autonomy.
Nice to have (but not dealbreakers):
Experience with external scripting languages (Python or Node.js).
Background in MedTech / Healthcare data standards.
Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementations.
