About Our Client
On behalf of our client - an established, European FinTech SaaS company specializing in high-volume calculation engines, CRM solutions, and multi-partner integrations - we are looking for a Product Manager to drive the next phase of product evolution.
With a tight-knit team of ~35 professionals, our client offers an impactful, low-bureaucracy environment where you won't be confined to a single narrow domain. You will own crucial product modules, work closely with leadership, and receive full onboarding support from an experienced team member.
What You Will Do:
As a Product Manager, you will work alongside a dedicated Project Manager (who handles API configurations and parameter setups) to own and scale the core SaaS platform.
Your main areas of impact:
Enterprise Client Integrations:
Lead product initiatives connecting core CRM and calculation tools with major enterprise clients and partner networks.
Oversee key client implementation projects (including active high-profile integrations currently underway).
Expanding Product Lines & Business Logic:
Drive the expansion from established product categories into brand-new verticals (e.g., life, personal, and property coverage products).
Design the core business logic, comparison workflows, and quote-generation features for new offerings.
Product Discovery & Data-Driven Optimization:
Leverage data analytics, user metrics, customer support insights, and user feedback loops to prioritize the product backlog.
Conduct continuous discovery to identify bottlenecks and user pain points.
Cross-Functional Ownership:
Take ownership of broader platform capabilities beyond the main calculation engine (e.g., partner financial settlements, commission reporting, and core workflow tools).
Who You Are:
Proven PM Experience: 4+ years of hands-on Product Management experience, ideally within B2B, B2B2C, SaaS, FinTech, or InsurTech environments.
Integrations & Data Logic: Solid understanding of system integrations, complex business logic, calculation tools, and CRM workflows.
Data-Informed Mindset: You rely on metrics, analytics, and customer feedback to validate hypotheses and make product decisions.
Discovery & Problem Solving: Exceptional skill in asking the right questions, probing for context, and framing complex problems before jumping to solutions.
Communication: Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively across remote team members and external clients.
