About the role

We’re hiring for a fast-growing AI company operating at real global scale. The product has already reached 50M users and is now scaling toward 100M+. This is a hands-on growth role for someone who enjoys working close to campaigns, performance data, testing, and optimization.

You’ll join a lean, high-ownership team where speed, execution, and experimentation matter a lot.

What you’ll do

• Support and run paid acquisition campaigns across selected channels

• Test creatives, audiences, offers, and funnel ideas

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data

• Work on growth initiatives focused on customer acquisition and conversion

• Learn fast in a real performance environment with live campaigns and direct business impact

Must have

• Hands-on experience with at least one paid channel

• Good understanding of CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate

• Performance mindset and comfort working with data

• Experience in consumer / DTC / e-commerce / lead gen style environments

• Willingness to stay close to execution and learn fast

• Comfort with adults-only / NSFW product context
