We’re on the lookout for a skilled Data Engineer to help advance the foundation of our internal data systems. This position sits within a team focused on enabling data access and reliability across the organization — from analytics and machine learning to business insights and reporting. You'll play a central part in shaping the tools and processes that allow others to work with data efficiently and securely.
The role combines backend development for data handling, integrating external and internal datasets, maintaining infrastructure, and promoting high-quality, trustworthy data across the business. You’ll operate in a collaborative and agile setting, frequently engaging with engineering peers, analysts, and operational teams.
- Take ownership of components within our internal data environment — from data storage systems to processing layers.
- Design and oversee automated data workflows, ensuring that the flow of information is timely, consistent, and trustworthy.
- Manage access controls, permissions, and metadata across the data ecosystem.
- Build connections between various internal tools and external platforms to centralize data access and processing.
- Assist the analytics and business teams in shaping clean, reusable data models.
- Work closely with other engineers, DevOps, QA, and analysts to ship reliable data features into production.
- Refine and enhance operational guidelines, improving how we maintain and monitor data systems.

2–3 years of experience building large-scale data processing systems using distributed technologies.
- Strong Python skills applied in real-world data engineering work, with good software development habits.
- Familiarity with task orchestration and data workflow tools.
- Cloud experience — AWS, GCP, or Azure — with an understanding of scalable storage and compute.
- Solid grasp of SQL, database internals, and design patterns for data transformation (ETL/ELT).
- Comfortable working in English in a professional environment.
- Exposure to Databricks, Azure Data Services, or CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps.
- Experience working in hybrid teams or remote-first environments.
