Engineering Manager (React/Node.js/AWS)

For an international company developing a SaaS platform, I am looking for an Engineering Manager. The solution is dedicated to the IT industry and is already used by over 1 million users worldwide. The work takes place in an international environment and follows a hybrid model to ensure better team collaboration.

The expert in this role is required to have excellent knowledge of application design and strong hands-on experience with TypeScript technologies (not necessarily Node or React).

• Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with the Product and Design Department, taking full responsibility for the project from concept to implementation in a fast-paced work environment.
• Working on the overall design and implementation of features - from database to UI.
• Working towards achieving customer satisfaction while considering scaling, performance and UX.

• Company Stack (these are NOT requirements): Node.js, React.JS, Redux, ES6, Elastic Search, Redis, Memcached, MySQL, Docker, AWS, Mac/Linux

• Requirements:
• Mid/Senior level commercial experience with programming in any language and being open to the technologies listed above
• Strong technical skills and passion for creating end-to-end functionality (client and server)
• Experience in building a web application from scratch
• Understanding of the product (which you will learn in depth during the hiring process) and passion for building software that delivers a great experience
• Team player, strong communication skills and empathy, English min. B2.

💲 Total compensation up to 53.000 pln gross/month (incl. up to 40,000 pln gross base + company shares + an annual bonus),
