The Mission

We are a fast-growing tech company in the AI companionship space, and we’re looking for a Performance Video Editor to join our Growth Team. This isn't a traditional "cinematic" role—we are looking for a data-obsessed creator who treats Generative AI as their primary workflow to produce high-converting social media ads.

If you are a "Prompt Engineer" who understands that a winning hook is more important than a pretty transition, and you’re ready to push the boundaries of AI video, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Production: Independently manage the full creative pipeline—from conceptualization to sound design and color grading.

• AI Asset Generation: Use advanced prompt engineering (Midjourney, Runway, KlingAI) to generate custom B-roll, face-swaps, and assets that don't exist in the real world.

• Performance-Driven Iteration: Analyze retention graphs and data from the Growth Team to cut multiple hook variations and find winning angles.

• Rapid Prototyping: Deliver multiple high-quality iterations per week across various formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) to keep up with our fast-paced testing cycle.

Requirements

• 🔞 100% NSFW Comfort: This is a non-negotiable dealbreaker. You will be working daily with explicit/NSFW creatives within the AI companionship industry.

• 🤖 AI Mastery: Proven experience integrating Gen-AI tools (Runway, Kling, Midjourney, etc.) into a professional, high-output video workflow.

• 📈 Marketing Instinct: A deep understanding of the Hook-Body-CTA framework. We value conversion and performance over "prestige" or cinematic fluff.

• 🛠 Technical Autonomy: Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, plus After Effects (including motion graphics).

• ⚡ Startup Grit: You thrive in high-velocity environments, can deliver a first draft in under 48 hours, and are ready to pivot based on real-time data.
