.NET Technical Lead

Role Description

The .NET Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership within the development team, reporting directly to the local Development Manager. The main objective of this role is to deliver high-quality software on time, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership to the development team, supporting architecture decisions and solving complex technical problems
• Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and quality assurance processes
• Actively participate in defining milestones and technical scope according to the agile methodology
• Identify potential risks in the software development process and take proactive preventive measures
• Support the management of technical debt, security, and performance issues
• Collaborate with various stakeholders in cross-functional teams
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies

Technical Requirements:

• Required experience with Azure and cloud services
• Proficiency in C# .NET, MS SQL
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular
• Knowledge of technologies: Redis, RabbitMQ, Docker

About the Team and Project:

Development teams work in a cross-functional environment based on agile methodology. The company is currently modernizing its technology stack, migrating frontend, backend, and database to a new architecture and public cloud. Experience in technology transformation projects will be a significant advantage.
