XIAG is a Swiss IT company that employs leading developers. The main strategy is partnership with business, not outsourcing: the company holds stakes in most projects. Among our projects are platforms for an airline, a Swiss bank, a B2B marketplace, a job search platform, and many other projects.

TL;DR:

• monorepo rush + pnpm workspace, react, TypeScript, Vite, redux toolkit with typed-redux-saga, react-router, react-hook-form, zod, mui, react-intl

• testing with nightwatch, playwright, vitest

• long term project in B2B

Work process

• we work with the stack: typescript, react/redux/redux-saga, vitest/jest/react-testing-library, playwright, vite, rushjs, react-hook-form, zod etc.

• we work actively with backend developers so if you understand their tasks and instruments that will be a big advantage (php, nodejs, postgres; linux, docker)

• a lot of code, a lot of logic on client, that’s why we try to cover whole code with tests (unit, E2E, integration)

• we practice code review and pair programming, brainstorm with team

• we are writing quality code: work, tested, supported

• we appreciate initiative, new ideas, we like discussions among colleagues

• if you wish it’s possible to develop to: full stack, mobile

Requirements:

• typescript, react - 3+ years
