- At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a Django Developer
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2 level) and the ability to communicate directly with clients during online meetings
- Experience in integrating applications with third-party APIs
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Medium/advanced relational databases design knowledge
- Ability to write unit, integration, and other tests
- Extensive Git knowledge
- Availability of at least 20 hours a week
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with Ruby on Rails
- Experience with full-stack development, including accessibility
- Knowledge about the security of web applications

TDD/BDD experience
- Knowledge of performance optimization of applications
- Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud
- Familiarity with platforms like Heroku, Vercel
- Familiarity with Gitlab CI or other CI systems
- Experience in working with React or Next.js
- Experience with Node.js
- Basic knowledge of Linux system administration and project deployment
- Experience with ElasticSearch
