Senior PHP Developer

🟣 You will be:

• part of Xebia Poland community of PHP developers working closely together in the PHP Guild,
• supported by Team Leader and got development opportunities as Tech Leader or Solutions Architect,
• cooperating with clients from various industries,
• working in an agile environment with tools such as GIT, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Miro,
• implementing business requirements provided by the client,
• sharing knowledge with other team members,
• working in cloud and on-premises environments.

🟣 Your profile:

• ready to start immediately,
• 8+ years of experience as a backend software engineer,
• very good knowledge of PHP 8,
• experience with other backend languages like Java, C#, Kotlin, Go is a big plus,
• practiced the OOP paradigm, knows and applies SOLID principles,
• solid understanding in applying DDD to API-first, high-traffic, multi-tenant architectures,
• experience on large-scale software projects and distributed, highly-available and customer-facing platforms,
• cares about code quality,
• able to independently create readable, testable code in accordance with standards,
• familiar with web application security issues,
• comfortable to discuss architectural decisions and proposed design solutions,
• experienced communicating with business representatives,
• understands customer requirements and able to deliver relevant business value,
• speaks English well (B2+) and Polish (B1/B2),
• work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
