👉 Senior PHP Developer with Symfony

🟣 You will be:

• part of Xebia Poland community of PHP developers working closely together in the PHP Guild,

• defining, interpreting and developing software to written requirements and technical specifications,

• suggesting improvements to existing products and implementing them across our platform,

• troubleshooting, testing and maintaining the core product and databases to ensure functionality and scalability,

• assisting QA in defining acceptance tests and performing troubleshooting,

• supporting the creation and maintenance of technical documentation,

• writing clean, well-designed code, following coding standards and best practices,

• working with globally distributed and multi-disciplinary teams,

• participating in mentoring and knowledge-sharing activities.

  
  

🟣 Your profile:

• at least 8+ years of experience with web application backend development,

• strong knowledge of PHP 8+ and MySQL,

• commercial experience with Symfony,

• practical knowledge of OOP concepts and SOLID principles,

• solid experience using design patterns,

• experience with unit and integration testing,

• experience with SQL, APIs and GraphQL,

• knowledge of web product development and services, with awareness of the full-stack,

• a good understanding of building and operating cloud-based microservices,

• hands-on experience with Docker (local environments and runtime setup),

• good English communication skills (written and spoken), ability to interact effectively with multi-disciplinary teams,

• experience leading or mentoring others will be considered an advantage.
