🟣 You will be:

• collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications,
• designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions,
• write clean, efficient, and well-tested code using industry best practices,
• helping to improve work in all areas: coding, processes, testing, tools, collaboration,
• mentoring junior and mid-level developers.

🟣 Your profile:

• 2+ years of experience with Scala,
• at least 6 years of programming experience,
• cares about code quality,
• able to independently create readable, testable code in accordance with standards,
• comfortable to discuss architectural decisions and proposed design solutions,
• experienced communicating with business representatives,
• understands customer requirements and able to deliver relevant business value,
• experienced in event-driven microservices architecture,
• experienced running services in cloud environments,
• familiarized with designing REST APIs,
• speaks English well (B2+) and Polish (B1/B2),

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

🟣 Nice to have: 

• experience with Kafka, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, and Terraform,
• familiarity with observability tools.
