👉 Engineering Team Lead

🟣You will be:

• managing the entire data-related infrastructure, including live and upcoming services like intelligent search,
• supporting all live initiatives and ensuring infrastructure maintenance, including Databricks cluster management,
• defining and overseeing team structure and ways of working, ensuring adherence to SLAs and velocity,
• coordinating and guiding the team to meet operational and project goals, ensuring efficient execution of tasks.

🟣 Your profile:

• experience in leading teams, including defining team structure and ways of working, ensuring adherence to SLAs, maintaining velocity, and effectively directing the team,
• experience in configuring and managing Databricks environments,
• knowledge of cluster/node configuration and optimization for performance and cost,
• familiarity with IAM (Identity and Access Management) and role-based access control in cloud environments,
• ability to implement security best practices and data governance policies,
• understanding of integration with data pipelines, storage layers, and external tools,
• experience working with DevOps practices and Continuous Delivery,
• understands the software development lifecycle, application and infrastructure monitoring, and has knowledge of Azure data services,
• very communicative and collaborative,
• upper intermediate/advanced English (B2/C1).

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
