Middle A/B Tester with Optimizely

You will be:

• collaborating with product managers, designers, developers, and marketers to identify key areas for optimization and experimentation,
• designing A/B and multivariate tests using Optimizely to evaluate hypotheses and drive data-informed decisions,
• developing testing strategies, including defining success metrics, sample sizes, and test durations, to ensure statistically significant results,
• implementing experiments across various digital channels, including websites, mobile apps, and email campaigns,
• monitor test performance in real-time, analyze results, and communicate findings and insights to stakeholders,
• continuously iterating on testing methodologies and best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of experimentation processes,
• working closely with data analysts to ensure accurate data collection, validation, and interpretation,
• providing recommendations for website and app enhancements based on test results and user feedback,
• stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in A/B testing and optimization techniques.

Your profile:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Optimizely,
• proven track record of 3+ years in designing and executing A/B tests,
• knowledge of eCommerce platforms, with a preference for Magento experience,
• strong analytical skills with 3+ years of experience in KPI measurement and data-driven decision-making,
• experience in manual front-end testing, particularly with React-based applications,
• familiarity with test setup processes and ensuring seamless deployment,
• excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset,
• strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams,
• fluent in English (min. B2+).
