Your daily responsibilities:

  • Performing manual application tests and ensuring the high quality of delivered solutions
  • Identifying and documenting bugs in delivered solutions
  • Analyzing project requirements and specifications
  • Collaborating with teams to define, design, and deliver new application functionalities
  • Analyzing issues reported by application users and communicating with the team on these matters
  • Proactively sharing ideas for improving tested applications, the testing process, etc.


Requirements:

  • Good understanding of software development, testing, and ensuring high product quality
  • Solid knowledge of software testing techniques
  • Highly developed analytical skills
  • Proactivity in performing assigned tasks and developing skills
  • Capability to work autonomously on assigned tasks in daily work
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Personality traits, including meticulousness, inquisitiveness, and attention to detail
  • English language proficiency at B2/C1 level


Nice to have:

  • Experience in test automation processes
  • Experience in API testing and knowledge of tools such as Postman, Swagger
  • Experience working in a team with developers and external clients
  • Knowledge of ISTQB concepts (certification will be an additional advantage)
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI issues
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Redmine, Jira, etc.
  • Basic programming knowledge in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience working in agile methodologies
  • Experience in creating and working with documentation
  • Basic SQL knowledge at the level of writing simple queries independently

Our Recruitment Process: 


Initial Contact (15 to 30 minutes): 

If your resume stands out, expect a call from Sylwia - Chief Project Officer who assigns a perfect match team for each project. It is a first moment to get to know you a bit better and arrange your interview with the team. We value your time and expertise and want to explore the potential of our collaboration.


Team Interview (30 to 60 minutes): 

Dive into a discussion with your potential colleagues: Sara, QA Team Leader, who will be your mentor, and Justyna – PM, with whom you might be cooperating on many projects. This is an opportunity for both sides to talk about working dynamics and your role within the team.


Leadership Meeting (30 to 90 minutes): 

If the team interview goes well, you'll then have a session with our board members, Dawid and Waldemar. This meeting is designed for mutual understanding and alignment, ensuring we share the same values and vision.

Important information: 

At the beginning of the work, we would like to get to know you better and give you a chance to integrate with the team, so the first 3 months are fully on-site. Apply only if you are from Poznań area or if you are taking relocation under consideration.
