- Design machine learning solutions
- Design and oversee data collection pipelines
- Overview deployment of the model to production
- Monitor the model and keep it relevant by adopting to changing business scenarios
- Communicate and interpret the model output to various stakeholders
- Shaper and define AI directions and mentor other engineers to become AI proficient
- Monitor and improveAI best practices used by Wunderman Thomspon Technology
- Proactively explore areas where data science can be used and boost the business value we offer our customers
- Activelyshare AI knowledge inside and outside the company (conducting workshops, presentations, writing blog articles and representing the company as a conference speaker)
What we would like you to bring:
- Business awareness and willingness to lead AI in Wunderman Thompson Technology
- Advanced knowledge of Python, in particular packages such as TensorFlow, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy.
- Experience in selecting, developing and refining machine-learning models
- Demonstrable proficiency in statistical data analysis and data visualisation
- Confidence in building relationships with both internal teams and external vendors,
- Proficient communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to have:
- Contributions to Open-Source repositories/competitions (e.g. GitHub, Kaggle)
