Role Summary and Impact
As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
We’re looking for a Data Engineer who reports to the Solutions Architect and is responsible for leading data transformation initiatives, building scalable data management and engineering solutions, and enabling data-driven decision-making for clients. This role bridges business needs, media performance, and technology by designing robust data pipelines, workflows and advanced automation solutions. You'll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters - for people and the planet, extending this impact directly to our client's strategic objectives.
What You Will Do
Lead the development of automated data management and reporting solutions, reducing manual reporting efforts and significantly improving reporting efficiency and turnaround time.
Design, build, and maintain ETL processes using SQL to clean, standardize, and integrate data from multiple media platforms into cloud-based data warehouses.
Development and maintain data quality checks and procedures, helping stakeholders overcome data issues before they impact the quality of the reporting solutions.
Monitor automated jobs, troubleshooting data issues as-and-when they arise.
Develop and manage interactive dashboards to deliver actionable insights for clients.
Support the development of strong working relationships with third-party data providers that we rely on for access to necessary data.
Skills and Experience
If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:
3-5 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
Strong expertise in SQL, data engineering tools.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
Hands-on experience with data cloud platforms (Google BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS, or similar).
Experience with data automation tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with data visualization platforms beyond Power BI/Tableau.
