Worktrips is a technologically advanced application that simplifies the process of carrying out business trips. Thanks to it, you can apply for a trip by selecting its various components (flight, train, hotel, apartment, insurance, etc.), get approval from your supervisor and receive tickets for all ordered services in a matter of minutes.

Thanks to our experience in the travel industry, our proprietary technology, as well as strong partners such as Booking.com, Amadeus, SAP, and Microsoft, we have managed to meet the needs of many organizations and partners. Currently, our satisfied customers include: Google, H&M, Alior Bank, Billennium, Pesa, Lidl Polska, Medicover.

We have been selected from hundreds of applications for many prestigious acceleration programs dedicated to technology companies: SAP.IO Foundry, ABC Accelerator Slovenia, InCredibles by Sebastian Kulczyk, and we have completed the Google for Startups # 2nd Residency program.

We learn from our mistakes and try not to make the same again. In the production process, we place great emphasis on good task design, code review, sprint refinement, retrospective, knowledge sharing, test automation, performance tests, security tests and functional tests. We work in Scrum, use Jira and GitLab, and communicate through MS Teams and Google Meet. We probably don't like meetings just like you - we limit them to the absolute minimum.

Requirements:

• knowledge of the ISTQB syllabus,
• analytical thinking ability,
• ability to manage working time,
• communicativeness at work with the development team and customer service team,
• willingness to develop and learn,
• knowledge of English at the communicative level - min. B1,
• knowledge of task management tools (like Jira, Trello, etc.).

How do we work:

• testing team - 2 testers,
• development team - 8 developers,
• project management - Scrum,
• task management tool - Jira,
• test automation - Postman and Cypress (tool training available).
