Senior .NET Developer (Agentic AI / MCP Platform)

As part of our team, you will:

• Utilize your extensive knowledge of cloud computing, system integration, and software development,

• Design and maintain cloud environments on Microsoft Azure that serve as the experimental backbone for the MCP Graph Broker — one of the first implementations of its kind for enterprise AI in Poland,

• Configure and validate multi-tenant isolation, load balancing, and real-time monitoring mechanisms, ensuring that research on the Orchestration Layer translates into architecturally sound, scalable solutions,

• Prepare production-grade environments for enterprise-scale adoption — from controlled lab conditions through to infrastructure serving 500,000+ daily users across banking, retail, and public sector.

Apply if you have:

• Proven 5+ years of commercial experience in building scalable web applications, backend services, and enterprise-grade systems,

• Strong knowledge of .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API 2, MS SQL, Entity Framework, REST, and OData,

• Familiarity with Azure services and best practices (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Azure Search, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL),

• A solid understanding of Azure cloud services, microservices, and API management,

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software development tools,

• Knowledge and ability to apply Cloud Design Patterns,

• Experience in building Enterprise SaaS applications,

• Knowledge and experience of .NET / C# and design patterns: Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing,

• Experience in designing and implementing REST API and GraphQL — with emphasis on enterprise-grade APIs,

• Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search techniques (e.g., Azure AI Search) in the context of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems,

• Knowledge of the MCP (Model Context Protocol) protocol or similar context protocols, and practical use of machine learning tools/ML/AI APIs in production environments,

• Experience in implementing AI API Layer solutions,

• Experience in designing solutions resilient to high data volumes and high availability,

• Experience in building application frameworks,

• Strong problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and excellent communication abilities,

• A passion for technology and a keen eye for emerging trends,

• Fluency in Polish (C1+) and English (B2+),

• Ability to work from Białystok or surrounding areas; hybrid work model required (at least 3 days in the office + max 2 days remote per week),

• Higher technical education (computer science or related field).

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with agent orchestration patterns: routing, memory management, tool use, human-in-the-loop,

• Experience with multi-tenant architecture — designing context separation, data isolation, and access policies in SaaS environments,

• Practical knowledge of conversational and dialogue models (fine-tuning, RLHF, prompt engineering for LLMs) — particularly for AI assistant scenarios.

• Salary of PLN 20,000–22,000 gross per month (employment contract), 18-month contract with the possibility of extension,
