DevOps Engineer (Azure AI / Agentic Platform)

As part of our team, you will:

• Utilize your extensive knowledge of cloud computing, system integration, and software development,

• Design and maintain cloud environments on Microsoft Azure that serve as the experimental backbone for the MCP Graph Broker,

• Configure and validate multi-tenant isolation, load balancing, and real-time monitoring mechanisms, ensuring that research on the Orchestration Layer translates into architecturally sound, scalable solutions,

• Design and implement algorithms for the Security & Reliability Framework for MCP – one of the first implementations of its kind for enterprise environments in Poland.

Apply if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior or lead role, or in cloud solutions architecture,

• Commercial experience in building scalable web applications and systems integration,

• Experience in one of the following areas: DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps – deployment and monitoring in production environments using CI/CD pipelines and/or Azure ML CI/CD pipelines,

• Familiarity with Azure services and best practices (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Azure Search, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL),

• Experience in designing and executing enterprise system integrations via API (Microsoft 365 Graph API, ServiceNow REST API, OAuth2, OIDC),

• Experience in building connectors, adapters, or integration layers,

• Knowledge of the MCP (Model Context Protocol) protocol or similar context protocols, and practical use of machine learning tools/ML/AI APIs in production environments,

• A solid understanding of Azure cloud services, microservices, and API management,

• Experience with multi-tenant architecture – context isolation, resource management, and access policies in SaaS environments,

• Strong problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and excellent communication abilities,

• A passion for technology and a keen eye for emerging trends,

• Experience in building Enterprise SaaS applications,

• Strong communication skills,

• An eye for detail,

• Fluency in Polish (C1+) and English (B2+), both spoken and written,

• Ability to work from Białystok or surrounding areas; hybrid work model required (at least 3 days in the office + max 2 days remote per week),

• Higher technical education (computer science or related field).

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of conversational and dialogue models (fine-tuning, RLHF, prompt engineering for LLMs) – particularly for AI assistant scenarios,

• Experience with enterprise system integration via API (Microsoft 365 Graph API, ServiceNow REST API) in the role of connector or MCP integration developer,

• Experience with multi-agent systems at enterprise scale,

• Azure certifications: Developer Associate (AZ-204), Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), or equivalent,

• Experience with AI model evaluation techniques – experiment design, quality assessment metrics for ML models.

• Salary of PLN 20,000–22,000 gross per month (employment contract), 18-month contract with the possibility of extension,
