With Scale is a UK based RevOps and HubSpot consultancy working with fast-growing tech companies across Europe, the US and beyond. We help startups and scaleups build smarter revenue engines — optimising process, data, and automation to drive real growth.
We’re now looking for a self-employed Hubspot Associate to join our remote team and support client projects on a flexible, hourly basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working in HubSpot, and making operations run more smoothly — with the freedom to work from anywhere in the EU.
What you'll get from the role:
- A front-row seat to exciting, scaling tech companies
- Exposure to best-practice RevOps strategy and systems
- Hands-on experience across a range of HubSpot and data projects
- A supportive team who values learning, good communication, high quality and thoughtful work
What you'll be doing:
You’ll be helping us deliver on our projects by taking on key hands-on elements, including:
- Building dashboards and reports in HubSpot
- Creating and editing workflows (across contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and custom objects)
- Cleaning and formatting data in Google Sheets or Excel — especially for imports and reporting
- Uploading and importing data into HubSpot across all objects
- Assisting in Hubspot audits and routine CRM hygiene tasks
- Supporting client onboarding with CRM setup tasks and best practices
- Managing adhoc tasks for With Scale's own Hubspot and growth projects
- Helping document processes and improve internal templates
It would be great if you have:
- Hands-on experience in HubSpot with a strong understanding of workflows, building custom reports, and imports
- A good working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel, including common cleanup functions (e.g. VLOOKUP, ARRAYFORMULA, SPLIT, etc.)
- Previous experience in revenue/sales/marketing ops role, or at a HubSpot agency
- Very strong attention to detail — particularly when working with clients’ CRM data — we double and triple check
- Comfortable working independently, asking for help when needed, and managing your own time
Some essentials:
- It’s a self-employed position, which means you’ll have flexibility in how you work and will be responsible for your own taxes and contributions
- As it’s not an employed position, it doesn’t include traditional employee benefits
- You’ll need to be based in the EU to meet GDPR compliance and client requirements
- Proficient in written and verbal English language
The team:
We’re small but highly efficient — thoughtful, curious, and always looking for better ways to work. We care about clear communications, high quality work, kind and constructive feedback, smart use of tools, and getting things done.
If that sounds like your kind of team — we’d love to hear from you.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the EU)
Contract Type: Self-Employed, Hourly, Flexible
