Senior Solutions Engineer

Your role is:

-> to define tailored product solutions for the Client’s key merchants and partners based on their specific needs;

-> to collaborate closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment and execution; 

-> to serve as a trusted technical advisor to internal stakeholders, owning both the pre-sales technical process and the delivery of solution proposals to go-to-market teams;

-> to implement observability tools and practices to support teams using the platform;

-> to take ownership of identifying and defining the business’s technical and strategic requirements.

Your skills and experiences:

-> at least 3 years of hands-on experience with web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, REST APIs, and related tools or services;

-> proven ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams;

-> strong problem-solving skills, a continuous learning mindset, and natural curiosity;

-> flexible and adaptable, thriving in environments of constant change;

-> over 5 years of relevant experience working with web technologies, particularly in the payments or e-commerce space;

-> proficient in HTML/CSS and familiar with at least one programming language such as PHP, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby on Rails;

-> experience working with modern e-commerce platforms or content management systems;

-> advanced English skills (minimum B2 level).
