Location: Warsaw (hybrid work: 2-3 days in the office)

Rate: 170 - 195 PLN per hour

Cooperation model: B2B

Recruitment process: 1 timed Abstract and Logical Reasoning Test (up to 15 minutes); 1 short interview (up to 30 minutes)

Your role is:

-> Collaborate with a diverse team, bringing fresh ideas and fostering creativity through experimentation and innovation.

-> Design and implement advanced AI and automation solutions to enhance business efficiency and innovation.

-> Develop and maintain internal systems that support all team members, ensuring they are efficient, reliable, and scalable.

-> Embrace successes and failures as learning opportunities to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Your skills and experiences:

-> 7+ years in backend engineering tasks with general-purpose programming languages, particularly Python.

-> Solid understanding of Python 3 basics and experience with at least one Python web framework, such as FastAPI.

-> Practical knowledge of working with large language models and the OpenAI API.

-> Familiarity with working with REST APIs, web sockets, and integrating third-party systems.

-> Experience with libraries such as Hugging Face and LangChain.

-> Proficiency in cloud technologies, especially AWS (Serverless, Lambda, Redshift, S3, EC2).

-> Language proficiency: Advanced English (minimum B2 level).

Nice to have:

+ Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog) is advantageous.
