C++ Team Lead

We develop mobile applications for conducting sanitary inspections – overseeing the condition of underground pipelines using robots. Among our mobile applications are solutions for controlling and operating rovers, as well as performing inspections in accordance with global norms and standards. Our applications run on Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS and perform a full range of tasks: FullHD video processing, hardware control, TCP, video streaming, UDP, report generation, and network communication via HTTP.

👉 Responsibilities:

• Leading the team, managing daily operations, and setting goals,
• Close cooperation with the Product Owner,
• Monitoring the progress of tasks and projects,
• Deploying applications across all platforms,
• Developing new applications in C++ and working with QT technology.

👉 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead (or similar role),
• Proficiency in C++14 and above,
• Experience with QT (especially QtQuick and QML),
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Git, Confluence, GitHub,
• English B2/C1 level.

👉 Nice to have:

• Experience in working in Scrum methodology,
• Relevant higher education,
• Knowledge of C++ project build processes and configuration using CMake,
• Basic experience with video streaming and compression, knowledge of the GStreamer framework.
