Job description

For our new Client, software house from Germany, we are looking for an experienced Data Engineer.

Start: August 2021
Duration: 12 months (+ option to extend)
Workload: 4 to 5 days per week
Location: Remote
Language: English

Responsibilities:

Data storing/transition
Extracting data

Requirements:

Strengths in handling data and extracting information from data
Someone preferring implementing solutions over doing theoretical research
Highly proficient in Python OR in the case of Junior have the abilities to become proficient in Python (e.g. by being proficient in other programming languages).
Must be used to version control systems (e.g. git)
Knowledge of automation software (currently we use Jenkins)
Ability to onboard needs from customer, and develop simplified solutions
