Key Responsibilities
As a UI/UX Designer, you will:
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for websites, e-commerce platforms, and mobile/web applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with project goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with design managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are functional, feasible, and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain consistent design systems to ensure brand coherence across all touchpoints.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
- Apply information architecture principles to create intuitive layouts that enhance user navigation and engagement.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of your work.
Core Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2–4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally working on web, e-commerce, or app projects.
- Intermediate proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image editing and asset creation.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics and icon design.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools that support design workflows.
- Understanding of information architecture principles for designing intuitive layouts for websites, e-commerce platforms, or applications.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles, including user research, personas, and usability testing.
- Basic knowledge of development possibilities to collaborate effectively with web developers.
- Polish (B2+ level) and English (B2+ level) for effective work in design environment and sometimes communication with clients.
Nice to Have
We’d love it if you bring:
- Experience with other design tools like Framer or Webflow.
- Knowledge of motion design or animation tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) for inclusive design.
- Experience conducting business conversations with clients to gather requirements or present designs.
- Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks to better understand development constraints.
- A portfolio showcasing diverse projects, particularly in websites, e-commerce or app design.
