Master Data Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Being first point of contact for Weber Distribution Centers in terms of Master Data
• Process data from a variety of sources
• Executing tasks according to data governance rules and defined processes
• Performing and updating of EMEA Master Data system (within SAP S/4 HANA) – Product Master data maintenance
• UoM Validation and packaging standardization according to the standards
• Identifying opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency
• Assuring that the available data is up to date, accurate and accessible
• Regular monitoring and verifying master data quality and availability
• Identifying opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency
• Following up and optimizing of Master Data processes
• Processing ServiceNow and IPS tickets assigned to Master Data team
• Creating and updating Master Data documentation
• Participating in various projects and driving master data related tasks

Our requirements

• Proven experience in a master data role (min. 1 year)
• Great attention to detail and accuracy focus is a must
• Analytical mindset and logical problem solving skills
• Teamwork and collaborative focus
• Very good computer skills in usage of MS Office, especially MS Excel (pivot tables, processing large tables)
• Experience with SAP or other ERP system is a plus
• Experience with GS1 standards is a plus
• Experience with a ticketing system is a plus
• Good command of English both oral and written
