About the opportunit

yWe are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based environments, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable deployments. You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, improve system monitoring, manage infrastructure automation, and implement best practices for application security and operational excellence. This position requires hands-on experience with modern DevOps toolchains, cloud platforms, and security-focused operations, as well as strong collaboration in agile, cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast and reliable software delivery. You will manage deployment and scaling of applications in AWS and Kubernetes environments, optimize infrastructure performance, and ensure operational resilience. You will set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like Grafana, Kibana, and One BI. You will perform vulnerability assessments, and integrate security into the DevOps lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with developers, architects, and business teams to ensure solutions meet functional, performance, and compliance requirements.

Competencies

• Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline creation and optimization

• Expertise in AWS and/or Azure cloud environments

• Kubernetes deployment and scaling experience

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) knowledge (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)

• Monitoring & logging tools: Grafana, Kibana, One BI, etc.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven track record in agile environments

• Fluent English (min B2, C1 preferred)

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
