About the position

We are seeking a Program Manager with deep IT or Architecture expertise and a strong pre-sales background. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of available solutions and a proven track record of successful implementations, enabling them to drive the digital transformation of our pre-sales activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Assess the current pre-sales processes and tools.

  • Define the target digital management system for pre-sales activities.

  • Structure and prioritize business requirements.

  • Explore and define the integration of AI capabilities for drafting RFP responses using historical data and knowledge sources.

  • Act as Product Owner for the future pre-sales platform.

  • Coordinate with Infosys during the implementation phase.

  • Ensure alignment between pre-sales engineers, IT, and other stakeholders.

  • Monitor delivery progress, risks, and adoption of the new system.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bring hands-on experience in pre-sales activities and a strong understanding of pre-sales solutions available on the market, to guide the selection and implementation of pre-sales tools.

  • Senior experience in program management within digital transformation initiatives

  • Provide strong IT expertise, ideally with a background in IT or Architecture, to ensure scalable and well-integrated solutions.

  • Product Owner experience, including backlog management and stakeholder alignment.

  • Experience working with AI-supported knowledge management or document automation solutions.

  • Partner with business teams to design and implement effective pre-sales processes.

  • Work closely with the IT organization to structure and support pre-sales activities.
