Your Responsibilities

• Tracking and reporting on project resources, timelines, and budgets managed by account managers.
• Assisting in budget compliance and resource coordination.
• Maintaining and organizing documentation for bespoke and Time & Material (T&M) projects.
• Supporting recruitment tracking and time management processes.
• Assisting with monthly financial closures and administrative tasks.
• Preparing reports and analyses using Excel to support project tracking and decision-making.

Our Requirements

• First professional experience in project management or operations within a PMO environment.
• Experience with administrative tasks related to budgeting support, time tracking, or resource coordination.
• Proficiency in project management or time-tracking tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Nice to have: Previous work experience in the IT industry.
