About the position

We are seeking a dynamic IT Business Analyst with a strong background or interest in Quality Assurance to join our team. This hybrid role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements while ensuring the quality and functionality of software solutions. 

Responsibilities

Business Analysis:

• Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Create and maintain documentation in Confluence for requirements and workflows.
• Work closely with developers to ensure business needs are met.
• Assist in user acceptance testing planning and execution.

Quality Assurance:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Identify, log, and track defects using Jira.
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Ensure system reliability, usability, and performance.
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and validate fixes.

Requirements

• Experience with Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Proficiency in Jira for issue tracking and test case management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
