About the position

We are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to join our team for a project with a key international client. The intern will support the analytics and BI team in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to deliver actionable insights that support business decision-making.

You will work closely with experienced data analysts, BI developers, and business stakeholders to transform raw data into clear, meaningful reports and dashboards. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and turning numbers into insights, and who wants to develop analytical skills in a real consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support business needs

• Assist in building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar tools

• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights

• Support business stakeholders by preparing ad-hoc analyses and reports

• Validate data accuracy and consistency across reports and datasets

• Document data definitions, metrics, and analysis results

• Collaborate with BI developers and engineers to improve data models and reporting solutions

• Participate in improving data quality and analytical processes

• Present insights in a clear and structured way to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

• Being enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree in data analytics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, information systems, or a related field

• Good English communication skills (B2+), Polish language is a plus

• Basic understanding of data analysis, statistics, and analytical thinking

• Basic knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of SQL and working with structured datasets

• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis)

• Understanding of data quality, data consistency, and validation concepts

• Curiosity and ability to explore data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Independence and strong willingness to learn

• Any academic, personal, or internship experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboards is considered an asset

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
