About the position

We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer Intern to join our team for a project with a key international client. The intern will support the BI team in building, maintaining, and improving analytical and reporting solutions, with a focus on data analysis and visualization (Power BI).

You will work closely with experienced BI engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights that support decision-making. This role is ideal for someone interested in data, analytics, and business intelligence, with a strong motivation to learn and grow in a professional consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the BI team in designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards

• Assist in data preparation, validation, and transformation for reporting purposes

• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements

• Help maintain and improve existing BI solutions and datasets

• Participate in testing and validating reports to ensure data quality and correctness

• Assist in documenting BI solutions, data models, and reporting logic

• Support incident analysis and troubleshooting of BI-related issues

• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve data visualization, usability, and analytical value

Requirements:

• Being enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, data science, information systems, analytics, or a related technical field

• Good English communication skills (B2+), Polish language is a plus

• Basic understanding of Business Intelligence and data analytics concepts

• Basic knowledge of Power BI (reports, dashboards, basic data modeling)

• Basic knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases

• Familiarity with Excel and data analysis fundamentals

• Understanding of data structures and basic ETL concepts is a plus

• Basic knowledge of Azure services, Databricks, or cloud platforms is a plus

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Independence, curiosity, and strong willingness to learn

• Any academic, personal, or internship experience with data analysis or reporting is considered an asset

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
