About the position

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with at least 4 years of experience, to work on projects for our key customers and to take over the development of their application. Your job as a software engineer will be to work on our clients’ projects, from defining technical requirements based on business requirements to deploying clean code. You will interface with the client to drive the development of the solutions. For this position, practical knowledge of AWS technologies is a nice to have.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing business requirements
• Writing clean, functional code
• Writing technical documentation
• Proposing technical improvements to the application
• Working on several projects at the same time
• Supporting less experienced team members

Competencies

• Master’s degree in Software Engineering or related engineering field
• Technologies: Java, Python, AWS (e.g., SNS, SQS, EC2, S3, Kinesis), Bitbucket/GIT, Jenkins, PostgreSQL, Docker
• Familiarity with other public cloud technologies
• Familiarity with common Java frameworks 
• Familiarity with common Python frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Pandas, Boto3)
• Familiarity with REST API and serverless solutions (e.g. java 11+, spring boot, liquibase, hibernate)
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (Angular)
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design and programming
• Deep understanding of software architecture and development principles considered as an advantage
• Familiarity with various database types
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a must
• Fluency in English is a must
• Excellent verbal communication skills is a must
• Can-do attitude
• Great attention to detail
• Constantly learning and improving
