About the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to strengthen our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, lead team efforts, and ensure smooth integration with related systems and tools. This position requires both deep technical expertise and strong business acumen, with a focus on delivering reliable, high-quality solutions in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

• Create and maintain documentation in Confluence for requirements and workflows.

• Work closely with developers to ensure business needs are met.

• Assist in user acceptance testing planning and execution.

Competencies

• Excellent verbal communication skills 

• Jira and Confluence

• SQL

• Strong technical analytical skills

• Proven experience in agile environments

• Fluency in English is a must (min B2, C1 preferred)

• Can-do attitude

• Great attention to detail

• Independence and drive to grow and learn

• 3+ years of experience

• Nice to have: Assistance business knowledge
