What You’ll Do

• Create Magic with AI - design and implement AI-powered systems that turn complex, manual tasks into intuitive, automated workflows.

• Architect Greenfield AI Solutions - build novel, AI-integrated tools from scratch, making impactful design decisions that shape our products.

• Scale with Purpose - engineer and contribute to high-volume automation platforms that perform reliably under heavy workloads.

• Automate the Mundane - identify repetitive or inefficient business processes, design AI-led strategies to streamline them, and implement robust automation.

• Work closely with marketers, sales teams, and developers to integrate AI into real business use cases.

• Experiment with emerging AI technologies to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI systems.

• Proficiency in JavaScript or Python.

• Deep business insight into process automation - understanding not just the "how", but the "why" behind automation strategies.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven track record in automating business workflows for efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English and Polish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with n8n and Supabase.

• Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, or Fly.io.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning AI behavior.

• Curiosity and adaptability - eagerness to explore, experiment, and continuously learn in the fast-moving AI field.
