Fullstack Engineer - Next.js

We’re looking for a Fullstack Engineer - a seasoned developer who thrives on building complex SaaS products, internal platforms, and automation-driven applications. You’ll work across the stack: from elegant frontends to scalable backends, from API integrations to deployment pipelines.

What You’ll Do

• Own and deliver end-to-end features for SaaS products and internal applications.

• Build and scale frontends (Next.js) and backends (Next.js / Nest.js).

• Design and integrate APIs (REST, gRPC, WebSockets), handling real-world complexity (rate limits, retries, auth flows).

• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers on architecture and technical direction.

• Shape automation features that reduce manual work across the company.

• Ensure quality through code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability.

• Act as a reference point in the team - share knowledge, support less experienced developers, and help maintain high engineering standards. You’ll report directly to the Head of Frontend Engineering.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience (preferably in SaaS).

• Strong expertise in Next.js and React.js - production-grade apps, design systems, performance optimization.

• Solid backend engineering skills with Next.js.

• Deep understanding of API integrations.

• Nice to have: experience with Supabase

• Strong communication skills - able to explain technical trade-offs to engineers and Product Managers.

• Fluent in English and Polish.
